QUALITY

Engskov manufactures everything in accordance with the requirements of internal quality control system, EQC, which is ISO 9001-compliant.

We make ongoing efforts to improve and visualise quality and to reduce consumption and, by extension, environmental impact. Over the past few years, we have worked with procedures to ensure the traceability of our components, and we have clients to whom documentation and certificate handling matter just as much as the product itself.

QUALITY CONTROL

Engskov Maskinfabrik emphasises the importance of producing what the client wants.

Controls are carried out per the client’s specifications via. Engskov EGC or certified external third-party inspection companies that use VT, NDT, X-Ray, Magnaflux, Magnetoflex, penetrant examination, endoscopy, and others

To accommodate our clients’ needs, Engskov Maskinfabrik implemented Factory Production Control (FPC) systems in 2020, and we receive certificates for compliance with EN 1090-1, 1090-2 EXC3, 1090-2 EXC3, 1090-2 EXC4, and ISO 3834-2.

We either collaborate with the external inspectors picked by the client or conduct quality control using Engskov EQC.

QUALITY COLLEAGUES

Our quality colleagues are certified visual inspectors (VT2), penetrant test PT, magnetic particle testing MT, and welding specialists—International Welding Specialist certification.
